Booking rules

Car fleet 2014-2022, new models are equipped with air conditioning, electrical package, power steering, audio system, alarm, etc. Each car is ready for use – there is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers. The rental price is calculated according to the company’s tariffs.
To register a car rental in Poltava or Kremenchug, you only need to call us back and order a car, as well as provide the following documents for registration:

For foreign citizens:

Valid passport.
Valid in Ukraine driver’s license.
Emigration card.

For individuals of Ukraine:

Valid passport.
Valid driver’s license.
Certificate of INN-code assignment.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Driving experience not less than 3 years
The minimum age to drive a car is 23 years.

Insurance:

All rental cars in our fleet are insured under the program “Full CASCO” in the insurance company. The program “Full CASCO” is insurance at: road accident, theft or theft of the car, illegal actions of the third parties, falling of foreign objects on the car, etc. Water hammer (water getting into the engine), damage to the tires and wheel discs is not an insured event….

The client’s liability in the event of an insured event is limited to the amount of collateral for the car, regardless of the presence or absence of his fault in the accident. The amount of the deposit depends on the car brand and does not depend on the number of days of car rental or hire.

When returning the car, the car is inspected for new damage or malfunctions and, in their absence, the amount of the deposit is refunded in full. If the car is damaged (malfunctions, incomplete), they are compensated by a deposit.

Responsibility for violation of traffic rules:

For systematic violation (more than 2 times during the rental of a car) of the speed limit by more than 20 km / h from the permitted speed on this segment of the road (according to traffic rules). The Lessor has the right to withhold an administrative fee from the Tenant’s deposit in the amount of  30€ (EURO), according to the NBU rate.
Cars are allowed to be used only on the territory of Ukraine (except for Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea), travel outside the territory of Ukraine is prohibited. It is forbidden to use cars for any illegal actions. It is forbidden to use the car as a taxi.
